With prior recruitment experience (including understanding what not to do) she got down to improving the business without hesitation. Her knowledge, skill, and dedication earned her a management promotion in just 6 months, she’s won numerous awards, and is recognised as a leading figure in the recruitment industry.
Always striving for excellence, Eavie is never satisfied until a job is done exceptionally well. Embodying our core values, she passionately cares about the success of the company and is always willing to put in the work. A big advocate of personal and professional development, Eavie inspires the team to grow. She created THRYVE’s internal training platform, constantly encourages good mental health awareness, successfully implemented THRYVE’s 4 day week, and encourages giving back to the community through wellbeing and charity days. Eavie loves expanding her knowledge by listening to podcasts, audibles, and reading books relating to a growth mindset, leadership, and perfectionism (she’s part of the recovering perfectionist’s club). Outside of work, she loves to travel and explore different cities, cultures, and restaurants.
