From Barking to Bavaria, Khalifa loves making a difference within the Recruitment and Tech community. Another THRYVE lifer (thryfer?) he joined the business at only 17 as an Apprentice Resourcer, and after many well-deserved promotions, is now the Perm Business Manager leading 2 teams of 15+.

Khalifa’s been responsible for numerous key hires for Munich & Berlin top startups, scaleups, and corporates. Meticulous about his work Khalifa’s approach is client-centric, but he knows that to deliver for them effectively, candidates come first. He always operates with consideration and transparency as demonstrated by his mountain of LinkedIn recommendations.

With his career built entirely around the German Tech recruitment scene, Khalifa can scale tech companies with confidence whilst giving invaluable advice along the way.
