Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify use cases for generative AI.
- Build AI-driven tools for personalized recommendations, chatbots, report generation, or fraud detection.
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal security standards.
- Conduct research to identify emerging AI trends and evaluate their potential for the business.
- Provide training or documentation to help team members understand and use the implemented AI solutions effectively.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in developing and fine-tuning generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of data pre-processing, model optimization, and deployment strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps workflows.
- Familiarity with financial datasets and an understanding of key challenges in the financial industry (e.g., compliance, scalability).
